The Story
For thousands of years we built tools to extend our physical abilities.
Today we're building tools to extend our cognitive ones.
AI doesn't experience the world.
It reconstructs it.
Every website.
Every document.
Every question.
AI reconstructs meaning from information that already exists.
The missing ingredient isn't bigger models.
It's richer context.
The next challenge isn't building larger AI.
It's building better communication between information and intelligence.
AI Lattice exists because understanding should never depend on guesswork.
Intelli-Stasis exists because context matters more than words.
Both grew from the same simple question.
How do humans actually understand?
Everything else followed.
We're not trying to prepare the web for people.
We're trying to prepare it for intelligence.

We don't know exactly what the AI-native web will look like.
We don't think one company should define it.
But we believe the conversation should begin now.
AI Lattice is our contribution to that conversation.
What if we're early?
We might be.
Standards are rarely obvious when they're first proposed.
SSL existed before browsers expected it.
Sitemaps existed before search engines depended on them.
Schema.org existed before structured data became commonplace.
AI may not need this today.
But if intelligence becomes one of the primary consumers of the web, it will need foundations.
We'd rather help build them early than wish they existed later.

I didn't build this because I have all the answers. I built it because I think we've reached the point where AI is becoming one of the primary consumers of the web, and the web was never designed for intelligence.
Whether AI Lattice becomes the standard isn't the important part. The important part is that we start building one.
