Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 July 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Intelli-Stasis ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our platform at intellistasis.com and related services ("Service"). We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

1. Information We Collect

Account and billing information. When you subscribe to the Service, our payment provider (Paddle) collects your email address and payment details on our behalf. We receive your email address and subscription status from Paddle. We do not store or process your payment card details.

API usage data. We log API requests associated with your API key, including timestamps, endpoints called, and call counts. This data is used to enforce rate limits, detect abuse, and improve the Service.

Communications. If you contact us by email, we retain that correspondence to respond to your inquiry and for record-keeping.

Technical data. We may collect standard server logs including IP addresses and request metadata for security and operational purposes. This data is not linked to individual user profiles.

2. How We Use Your Information

We do not use your personal information for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.

3. Data We Process on Your Behalf

The market intelligence signals and outputs produced by our engine are derived from publicly available and licensed third-party data sources. This data relates to economic indicators, trade flows, and market dynamics — not to individuals. We do not process personal data through our intelligence engine.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We share limited information with trusted service providers solely to operate the Service:

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal information to any other third party.

5. Data Retention

We retain your email address and API key record for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and operational purposes. API usage logs are retained for up to 90 days. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (see Section 7).

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. API keys are stored and transmitted securely. We recommend you treat your API key with the same care as a password.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
