These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Intelli-Stasis platform, API, and related services ("Service") provided by Intelli-Stasis ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Intelli-Stasis provides a B2B intelligence API delivering market signals, composite indices, and analytical outputs derived from publicly available and licensed data sources. The Service is provided on a subscription basis through tiered access plans.
The Service is intended for business and developer use. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation.
Access to paid tiers of the Service is granted upon successful subscription through our authorised payment provider. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Service in accordance with your plan's limits.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Upon subscribing you will receive an API key. You are solely responsible for keeping your API key confidential. Do not share your key or embed it in publicly accessible code. We are not liable for any unauthorised use resulting from your failure to keep your key secure.
If you suspect your key has been compromised, contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will issue a replacement.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Outputs from our derived indices (MRI, QWI, Geo Hedge Score, and others) may be used in your own products and reporting provided they are attributed to Intelli-Stasis and not repackaged as raw data.
All proprietary indices, scoring methodologies, calibration models, and platform architecture are the intellectual property of Intelli-Stasis. Third-party data incorporated into our engine outputs remains subject to the terms of those original providers and is used solely as an input to our derived outputs.
You retain ownership of any data, queries, or content you submit to the Service.
The Service provides intelligence outputs for informational and analytical purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions made on the basis of outputs from the Service. Past signal performance does not guarantee future accuracy.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances outside our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you materially breach these Terms, including but not limited to reselling API access, exceeding plan limits through automation exploits, or engaging in illegal activity. Upon termination, your API key is revoked immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intelli-Stasis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Intelli-Stasis harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice on the Service. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
